Orders via email are now possible with Nanny's Bloomers and we're
really happy that we can make life easier for you. When ordering
through email please be sure to be as specific as possible. Try and
think about how much you're wanting to spend, the desired
colours,shape, size, design and which type of flowers you're looking
for. Being specific helps us to help you, however, if you're really not
sure we'll be happy to help you find what's best for you. If certain
colours or flowers are not available, we'll let you know and try to find
the most suitable choice.

We offer a basic starting price range, and try our best to give good
value for money, but if you're looking for something bigger, better and
different, please ask. We'll be happy to help.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO TELL US THE DELIVERY ADDRESS!! Also,
the desired time and date of delivery. With email (and phone) orders
it's best to let us know at least 24 - 48 hours in advance. If later than
this there may be a chance that we won't be able to deliver on time
due to a busy schedule. The earlier we know the sooner we can pencil
in your order and get your flowers where they're meant to be on time!
Also, please give us the name of the person the flowers are for, any
special messages and any other relevant details.

Please keep in mind our opening hours are GMT, if ordering via
phone or email from overseas.
Payment!

Obviously, come in the shop and pay over the counter if you're nearby!

At Nanny's Bloomers we accept cash payments, and most major credit
and debit cards
(apart from Amex, however you can use Amex via
Paypal)
. Regrettably, we can't accept payment by cheque.

If you're placing an order from further afield there are two options for
payment. You can pay over the phone using your credit card, or, you
can now pay online using the special Paypal buttons on each page,
which will automatically take you to a page where you'll be able to pay
with either Paypal funds or major credit or debit card. It's really that
simple, and very safe. Your personal details remain hidden and the
transaction is instant, giving peace of mind.

Alternatively, if you don't wish to use the buttons you can also pay
using the email address in our contact section by going directly to
paypal.com, and sending a 'send money' request. It's also very easy
and hassle free.

Online payments, as with phone payments, will be gratefully accepted
in advance. If, at any time, you wish to cancel or change your order,
please let us know as soon as possible. You can also call us any time
during opening hours, we'll be happy to answer any questions or help
in any way we can.

Eventually, we hope to add a shopping cart feature to the site so you'll
be able to buy specific items and arrangements as individually priced.
We will do our best to make the site as easy and as simple to use for
our customers as possible.
